Thermor Bakelite Lamp

Fantastic art deco lamp with a bakelite base and a metal shade. Made in France by Thermor c1930s, the base is in very good condition with no cracks to the bakelite; one small chip to the front of the base as photographed. In working order, the lamp has been recently PAT tested and the original switch to the back of the shade still functions. The metal shade is in very good condition with some very minor dents. It is adjustable to direct the light.  A spectacular art deco statement piece. Height - 41 cms.
