Anna's Art Deco remains open for business as usual. As this is an online shop only, the risk to myself and to customers is incredibly low. I am taking all hygiene and social distancing measures. Please note however that in order to follow government advice, I will be limiting the times I go out to send parcels and so parcel delivery may take a little longer than usual. Standard UK delivery is £5 with a delivery aim of 2-5 working days from date of order.
Express UK delivery is £10 with a delivery aim of 2 days working days from date of order.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail or another courier with proof of posting obtained.
International delivery varies - please see checkout page for the total cost or contact me for a quote.
Terms of Conditions of Sale
Of course, I want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not, the returns policy is as follows:
Returns Policy Procedure
1. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or there was a serious error in the description.
2. Returns will be accepted within 14 days and after prior agreement with myself so please do contact me at the earliest opportunity.
* I strongly advise the item to be returned via the original method and carrier, in its original packaging.
* I recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
3. I will confirm the returned item has arrived and will issue a full refund within 30 days. If the item is not returned in the same condition as it was sent out to you, a refund will not be issued. I will however, assist with claims against postal services if that is how the damage occurred.
Damaged in Transit Item Procedure
* Please do not return items damaged in the post, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
1. To begin the process, please contact me immediately upon receipt of the item
2. Retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as my courier will request photos of them.
Items sold are all vintage. Items described as "very good or excellent condition" are used to describe items for their age, generally 80 yrs old plus, this does not infer they look like they are 'brand new'. If when you receive the item it is not as described, I will offer you a full refund if the above procedure has been followed.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I have implemented this privacy notice to inform you of the types of data I process about you. I also include within this notice the reasons for processing your data, how long I keep your data for and your rights regarding your data.

I keep this information to be able to inform you about special discounts and offers, upcoming fairs and new products.

I do not directly pass on your data in any form.
My website uses software by Wix.com to process the checkout and mailing list function. Wix.com securely stores this data and will only access it in cases of troubleshooting website problems. They have measures in place to ensure the security of the data and will also not pass any information on to a third party.
D) HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR DATA
The information that I use for marketing purposes will be kept with me until you notify me that you no longer wish to receive this information.
E) PROTECTING YOUR DATA
I am aware of the requirement to ensure your data is protected against accidental loss or disclosure, destruction and abuse. The website company I use, Wix.com, have security measures to guard against such.

However, in some cases, I may continue to store the data where so permitted by having a legitimate reason for doing so.
