Swallow Cocktail Pick Holder

Rare and spectacular art deco chrome and wood cocktail or snail pick holder. This stunning piece has a swallow in flight on top of a curved brass support, a chrome cylindrical pot and nine picks. The swallow is made from chrome and in very good condition but does have some spots of tarnishing as photographed. The base is wooden, perhaps rosewood and in excellent condition. The brass support has some metal loss to it as photographed. The nine picks are in similarly very good condition with a couple having tarnishing to the spikes. A wonderful and hard to find set to add to a collection or for use with your dinner guests! Length - 15.5 cms. Depth - 6 cms. Height - 13.5 cms.
