Stölzle Uranium Glass Dessert Set

Pretty and rare art deco dessert set made in uranium glass. Made by Stölzle in the 1930s. The uranium in the glass means it will glow under uv light. This set of one large bowl and four smaller bowls is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks to any piece; some minor nibbles to the feet as expected. A stylish design of chevrons and beading to each side. The large bowl is in the less common oval shape (circular is more commonly found in these sets). A charming vintage art deco set to use for guests. Large Bowl: Width - 24.5 cms. Depth - 19 cms. Height - 8.5 cms. Smaller Bowls: Diameter - 12 cms. Height - 5.5 cms.
