Absolutely charming art deco photo frame with a spelter toucan holding a nut. The toucan is wonderfully modelled and is one of the more unusual birds to feature on art deco pieces. The white and grey marble base is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and similarly, the glass panes are also without chips or cracks. The piece is unsigned but most likely of French design. Currently this has a paper print of 'Woman in a Yellow Dress' c1929 by Tamara De Lempicka for display purposes. A lovely original art deco shelf or desk ornament. Height - 12 cms. Length - 31.5 cms. Depth - 6.25 cms. To hold photo of 15 x 10.5 cms (6 x 4 inches).
