Stunning art deco bookends with spelter swallows on marble bases. The marble is black with rippled browns and creams and is in excellent condition with only one small nibble to the edge. The swallows are beautifully stylised in a swooping position. A wonderful and rare pair of original art deco bookends; likely to be of French origin. Height - 10 cms. Length - 13 cms each. Depth - 7 cms each.
