Spelter Stag on Marble

Striking art deco figure of a stag on a marble base. An original from the period, the stag is made of spelter and is fantastically modelled. It is in excellent condition with a wonderful patina. It is signed Thierry to the back. The beige and white marble base is in very good condition with only a minute chip to the front corner which is only noticeable close up. A beautiful vintage art deco piece. Length - 30.25 cms. Depth - 10 cms. Height - 21.5 cms.
