Spelter Pheasant Bookends

Spectacular and rare art deco bookends with pheasants on a marble base. The animals are fantastically modelled from spelter and in excellent condition; a more unusual subject piece. The bases are made from a reddy brown marble with lovely grey and white trails; again in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. They also have smoothed bevelled edging. A stunning pair of original art deco bookends.  Height - 15 cms. Width each - 16.25 cms. Depth - 8.75 cms.
