Spelter Horse Marble Photo Frame

Beautiful art deco photo frame from France and with a charming horse. The base is made from a lovely black marble base with different strips of marble along the front including a pretty green/brown rippled colour and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The spelter horse to the side is very nicely modelled and in similarly excellent condition and in a rearing pose. The original glass panes can be positioned vertically or horizontally and the front pane has a charming silvered border with crimped edges. A wonderful and original art deco photo frame. Length - 34 cms. Depth - 6.75 cms. To hold photo of 24 x 18 cms (9.5 x 7 ins).
