Spelter Horse Bookends

Stunning pair of art deco bookends. The bases are made from white and grey rippled marble - in very good condition with minor nibbles to one edge. The bookends each have a beautifully modelled rearing horse made from spelter which are both in excellent condition. One horse leans backwards slightly more than the other but a minor detail. A more unusual subject for bookends - these are a truly beautiful vintage art deco pair. Height - 18.5 cms. Width each  - 17 cms. Depth - 7.75 cms.
