Smiths Westminster Chime Mantle Clock

Charming 1940s wooden mantle clock made by the British manufacturer Smiths. With a good quality movement, this also has beautiful Westminster chimes. It can be silenced if preferred. The clock is fully working with an 8 day movement and comes with pendulum and key. The wood is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and similarly the face is also in great shape. The door latch seems to not work however and so doesn't close fully however this could easily be held in place with tape.  A charming 1940s timepiece. Height - 22 cms. Length - 33.5 cms. Depth - 12.5 cms including curved glass face.
