Smiths Bakelite Mantel Clock

Charming art deco clock made in the 1930s by British manufacturer Smiths. The lovely case is made from Bakelite and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The clock has an 8 day movement, original pendulum and key. There is only minor wear to the face and brass surround. The glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  A beautifully tactile vintage art deco clock. Height - 18.75 cms. Width - 21 cms. Depth - 10.5 cms.
IMPERFECT - The clock ticks and then stops sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after an hour or more so likely to need a good oiling.
