Shields USA Compact

Rare American Shields compact. Beautiful vintage ladies compact mirror with rouge and powder.  The front is black enamel and detailed with clear and blue diamantes. This is in great condition and is a rare example.  There is a push button release on the front to open it up which works well. Internally, there is a mirror, rouge compartment and powder compartment complete with 2 sponges/ puffs and some of the make up still remains. The mirror looks as if some glue has seeped down - please see photos however note that these are not cracks. Overall fabulous condition for its age. Length - 7.5 cms. Width - 5.5 cms.
