Seagull Marble Lamp

Fabulous art deco desk lamp on a marble base with a glass shade unusually set on an angle. The marble is red and grey and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The mottled pink glass shade is in similarly good condition with no chips or cracks. Unsigned but this is likely to be a Tedd piece, a prolific French manufacturer of the art deco era. The bird is in very good condition with some minor scuffing but is fabulously modelled. Fully working, the lamp has been PAT tested and rewired with an inline switch.
