Pair of Spelter Giraffe Marble Photo Frames

Very charming and unusual matching pair of art deco photo frames with marble base and spelter giraffes eating from palm trees. The marble is black with ripples of white with a front panel of cream and black banded mare. The marble is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The giraffes and trees are very well modelled and are also in great condition. The glass panes are original and have a silvered border.  Die to their age, there is some minor areas of darkening and wear to the border but no chips or cracks to the panes. Can be positioned in a portrait or landscape orientation. A beautiful and rare art deco pair of picture or photo frames. Length - 34.25 cms. Depth - 6.5 cms. To hold photos of 24 x 18 cms (9.5 x 7 ins).
