Pair of Rams Marble Lamp

Wonderful art deco desk lamp on a marble base with a glass shade and a pair of rutting rams. The marble is white and grey and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The glass shade is in similarly good condition with no chips or cracks and has some white swirling which looks fabulous when the lamp is switched on; some marking where the spelter has rubbed against it. Unsigned but this is likely to be a Tedd piece, a prolific French manufacturer of the art deco era. The rams are in very good condition with some minor scuffing and are fabulously modelled. Fully working, the lamp has been PAT tested and rewired with an inline switch. A charming vintage art deco lamp. Length - 35 cms. Depth - 8 cms. Height - 15 cms.
