Pair of Carltonware Mikado Vases

Beautiful pair of vases made by Carlton ware in the 1920s in the mikado pattern with scenes of a pagoda and emperor. The pattern on each is very slightly different but theme is the same. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A really stunning lustre glaze and fully backstamped. Colours and gilding are still bright - any marks in photos are just reflection. Height - 15.25 cms.
