Metamec Hexagonal Battery Clock

Wonderfully stylish art deco clock. Made by Metamec in the 1930s, this was originally an electric clock and the  movement has been replaced with a battery so no need to wind it up. The wood and glass face are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The metal surround to the face and numbering has minimal signs of age but overall in superb condition. A charming vintage art deco clock in a hexagonal shape and thin enough for most modern mantelpieces. Height - 23 cms. Width - 20.5 cms. Depth - 8 cms.
