Lyre Bird Marble Lamp

Unusual art deco desk lamp with a marble base, lyre bird figure and rare flower shaped shade. The lyre bird is wonderfully modelled and has a lovely patina. The grey marble base is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Unfortunately the glass shade has a large crack to one side as shown. This can be faced to the back so as not to be on display too much. The lamp is fully working with an inline switch. A rare and charming art deco desk lamp. Length - 22 cms. Height - 16.5 cms.
