Large Bauhaus Geometric Cocktail Tray

Magnificent art deco wood and glass drinks or serving tray. An original from the 1920s and most likely to be a Bauhaus design, this is a large tray in fabulous condition. The tray has a painted black wooden surround with only very minor signs of age. The body is a lovely shade of subtle lime green with black and bronze detailing. The design has small areas where it has come away from the glass as photographed but only very minor and does not detract.  An unusual and fabulously stylish vintage art deco tray and a glamorous way to serve cocktails or to display vintage barware. 55.25 x 33 cms.
