Lady with Borzoi Statue

Stunning art deco spelter statue of a lady and a borzoi on a marble base. An original from the 1930s and most likely of French origin, the figures are beautifully modelled and in very good condition - there are some spots of tarnishing to the lady as shown. The lady is stylish in an art deco dress with flower detail. She has a typical bob haircut of the 1920s. The borzoi is superbly detailed and in fantastic condition. The black marble has a panel of cream and brown marble and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A truly magnificent and large art deco piece to add style and elegance. Length - 52 cms. Height - 26.5 cms. Depth - 12.5 cms.
