Lady and Bird Lamp

Spectacular and rare art deco lamp. With an marble base and a spelter lady holding a bird aloft. An original from the art deco period, this is in working order and has recently been PAT tested and rewired with an inline switch. The marble base is grey and white and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The lady is beautifully modelled with wonderful detailing to her outfit.  In very good condition with no chips, she does have some wear to her face and head as photographed. This adds to the age provenance but could easily be painted with model paint by the new owner if they prefer. The glass shade is a lovely green with gold banding and is in superb condition with no chips or cracks.  Such a rare find;  stunning vintage art deco lamp. Height - 18.5 cms. Width - 30 cms.
