Josef Riedel Lady Lamp

Incredibly rare lamp from Josef Riedel, a ninth generation glass maker from the Austrian family company. An original from the 1920s, very few of these were made and even fewer have survived. It features a beautifully modelled lady made from frosted glass and has an oval glass panel to the rear with the light able to shine through. The lady is mounted on a black wooden stepped plinth. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Some very minor marks due to age. The lamp is working as shown, has been PAT tested and fitted with an inline switch. A truly special opportunity to own this unique vintage art deco lamp. Height - 30.5 cms.
