Beautiful and rare art deco photo frame from France. The base is made from a lovely green mottled marble base and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The spelter ibis to the side is very nicely modelled and in similarly excellent condition. The panes are supported by two bronze effect spheres. The original glass panes can be positioned vertically or horizontally and there are no chips or cracks. Currently this has a paper print of 'Portrait of Baroness Renata Treves' c1925 by Tamara De Lempicka for display purposes. A wonderful and original art deco photo frame. Length - 23 cms. Depth - 7.75 cms. To hold photo of 13.5 x 9.5 cms (5.25 x 3.75 ins) although could be replaced with larger panes if preferred.
