Haller Westminster Chimes Mantel Clock

Superb art deco mantle clock made from walnut with ebonised panels. The clock has a working 8 day movement with key and has Westminster chimes on the hour with shortened chimes on every quarter hour. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks to the wood or glass. The chrome bevel is bright and clean. The metal face has a few scratches. The chimes could do with a little freshen up; they sound at the right times but are slow and one note is a little flat. However, it has a lever to silence the chimes if preferred. Made by Haller, a German clock manufacturer known for quality. A fabulous vintage art deco example. Height - 22.5 cms. Width - 30.5 cms. Depth - 15.25 cms.
