GPO Type 332 Bakelite Telephone

Stylish and rare art deco bakelite telephone. This has a conversion to a modern telephone cable and has been tested to confirm it is fully working with a wonderful bell ring. The 332 model was made c1948 by General Electric and this particular phone was converted and serviced by The Old Telephone Company with the sale ticket from 1997 at £180. It has been fitted with a modern microphone internally. The bakelite is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The chrome dial is in excellent condition with a number of Danbury 4640. This high quality vintage art deco phone would make a wonderful home telephone. Width - 15.5 cms. Depth - 18.5 cms. Height - 14.5 cms.
