Gazelles on Black & Cream Marble

Stunning art deco pair of spelter gazelles on marble likely to be of French origin. These are superbly detailed gazelles with wonderfully designed faces (male and female). In excellent condition with a nice patina. The gazelles sit on a fabulous base made from beige marble with black and cream marble banding to the front - also in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. An absolutely magnificent vintage art deco statue. Width - 45.25 cms. Depth - 13 cms. Height - 20 cms.
