Fan Marble Clock Garniture

Stunning and rare art deco clock garniture. Made in France in the Hazebrouck region in the 1920s. This magnificent clock is in full working order with an 8 day escapement movement and bell which strikes the hour and half hour. The beautiful piece is made from differing colours of onyx and marble; wonderful translucent green with brown and lighter rosso diagonally inlaid. In excellent condition with only very minor nibbles as photographed. The spheres to the base and side pieces add to the spectacular deco design. The face is in similarly very good condition with minor signs of age to a couple of the numbers. A truly superb vintage art deco clock garniture.
