Davidson Green Cloud Glass Posy Bowl

Beautiful art deco glass posy bowl and frog. Made by British manufacturer, Davidson, in the 1930s, this type of swirled glass is known as cloud glass and the green cloud glass is one of the less common pieces still around.  The green glass is swirled with darker green and every piece is therefore unique. The middle frog or insert was originally intended to hold posy flowers but also looks fabulous without and especially with light shining through. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A charming art deco piece of glass. Diameter - 23.5 cms.
