Chrome & Glass Cylinder Desk Lamp

Fabulously stylish and rare art deco lamp. An original from the 1920s or 30s, the lamp has a stunning lemon glass cylinder shade with a chrome surround and base. The shade is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The chrome is in good condition with some signs of age; the base is in fabulous condition but one side strut in particular is quite pitted. The lamp is working as shown and has been recently re-wired and PAT tested. The lamp doesn't have a switch and so is turned off at the plug but an inline switch could be fitted by the new owner if preferred. A fantastic genuine art deco lamp for a desk or table in a hard to find design. Height - 27 cms.
