Chrome Birds Cocktail Sticks Holder

Charming art deco chrome and wood cocktail or snail pick holder. This lovely piece is attributed to Benjamin Rabier but is unsigned.  The symmetrical birds are made from chrome as is the tree shaped holder and in very good condition with only very minor spots of tarnishing. The base is wooden (perhaps rosewood) and in excellent condition. All 6 picks are present and in similarly very good condition with red bakelite finials; there is some slight tarnishing and some crazing to the bakelite. A delightful set to add to a collection or for use with your dinner guests! Length - 15 cms. Depth  - 6.75 cms. Height to top of picks - 12.5 cms.
