Spectacular art deco bronze statue made after Demetre Chiparus. Chiparus was regarded as the master of art deco bronze sculpture. This piece is a beautiful reproduction of the original; the original would cost many many thousands! She is known as the Starfish Dancer and has well modelled features which are sleek and elegant. This is a large and heavy piece. There is some patination to her face hence the price for a bronze piece. A truly fabulous art deco style bronze figure. Height - 53 cms.
