Charles Lemanceau Elephants

Stunning art deco statue made and signed by Charles Lemanceau. This magnificent French design was manufactured in the 1930s.  The elephants are lovingly detailed and in very good condition however the trunk of the baby elephant has a small crack around it (only noticeable on close inspection).  The base has a small chip to one corner as pictured. The signature is faint but present. White marks in the photos are just camera reflection. This is a large and beautiful piece of art deco ceramic work. Length - 34 cms. Height - 22 cms. Depth - 10 cms.
