Chalkware Panther

Stunning art deco panther made from chalkware. An original from the period, the maker of this piece is sadly unknown but is in a fabulous chocolate brown colour. Although chalkware, this is a heavy and good quality piece. In a fabulous prowling pose with teeth exposed, the panther is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There are some minor marks and scratches to the piece as photographed. A great display piece of art deco design. Width - 40.5 cms. Height - 22 cms. Width - 10.5 cms.
