Ceramic Squirrel Bookends

Charming art deco bookends in the form of squirrels. This is an original pair from the 1930s and they are made from ceramic. With beautiful tones of blue and black, these lovely creatures are nibbling on nuts and are on a stepped base. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks; there is some minute loss of paint to the edges of one bookend as photographed. A fabulous vintage art deco pair of bookends. Height - 14 cms. Width each - 12 cms. Depth - 7.5 cms.
