Ceramic Silvered Dog Mantel Clock

Stunning art deco clock made in ceramic. This is c1920 and has a fabulous shape with silvered dog to the top. This has a working 30 hour winding movement. The clock face is silvered in colour with a crackled effect up close. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are minor flaws as to be expected of an item c100 years old; some wear to the silvering on the surround and to the dog's ears and hind but this doesn't detract. Unsigned however likely to have been manufactured by French clock designers ODYV. A truly beautiful art deco piece and would make a wonderful addition to any home or collection. Height - 17.25 cms, Length - 37.25 cms, Depth - 7.25 cms.
