Burleigh Ware Tea Set

Fabulous art deco tea set made by Burleigh in the 1930s and consisting of teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl, four cups, four saucers and four side plates. A striking handpainted design of orange and black stylised trees. The set is in excellent condition with some minor crazing and one small chip to the rim of the sugar bowl. A rare and really wonderful vintage art deco ceramic set with a beautiful design. Height of teapot- 16.5 cms. Height of milk jug - 10.5 cms. Height of sugar bowl - 7.5 cms. Height of cups - 6.25 cms. Diameter of saucers - 14.25 cms. Diameter of plates - 17.25 cms.
