Brass & Enamel Box

Rare and beautifully stylish art deco box. This is a large box made from brass with green enamel striping. In excellent condition with only minor wear to the outside. It has a central cartouche which is currently blank so could be engraved by the new owner. The inside wooden section has 3 compartments and is very clean; possibly has been replaced from the original. Originally to hold playing cards or cigarettes, this is a striking vintage art deco box which looks fabulous as a desk accessory. 23.25 x 12 cms.
