Birds Marble Mantel Clock

Stunning and rare French art deco mantle clock with birds on a branch. The clock is made from heavy marble in two different colours of black and a translucent green marble. The marble is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The clock face is simple and clean with black hands and circles for numbers. The spelter birds and foliage are beautifully modelled with subtle colouring and in fabulous condition. Fully working, this has an 8 day movement. The movement is slightly loose when moved but perfectly in place once in situ. A truly stunning and unique art deco clock. Width - 41.5 cms. Height - 29 cms. Depth - 9.25 cms.
