Argent Pewter Tea Set

Lovely art deco tea set consisting of teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl. Made from pewter and backstamped for Argent for the 1930s. This wonderful set has black handles and a classic stepped design to the top of the teapot. It has been in the wars and so has a couple of minor dings and dents and one large dent to the bottom of the teapot as photographed. This could well be hammered out or just displayed to the back. Nevertheless, a charming vintage pewter tea set. Length of teapot from handle to spout - 22 cms. Height of teapot - 8.5 cms. Width of milk jug - 11 cms. Width of sugar bowl - 12 cms. Both 4.25 cms high.
