Spelter Dog Marble Lamp

Wonderful art deco desk lamp on a marble base with a glass shade and a large spelter dog. The marble is grey and white and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The glass shade is in similarly excellent condition with no chips or cracks and has lovely blue and gold banding. Unsigned but this is likely to be Tedd piece, a prolific French manufacturer of the art deco era. The spelter is in excellent condition and the dog is fabulously modelled. Fully working, the lamp has been recently re-wired with an inline switch. A charming vintage art deco lamp. Width - 22.25 cms. Depth - 8 cms. Height - 13.5 cms.
