Signed Chalkware Lady

Very large and stunning art deco lady made of chalkware. An original piece from the 1930s and sourced in France. This is a very substantial piece in terms of size and weight. She is signed by Vatreuse or Valreuse but sadly have not been able to find any information about the artist. Wonderfully modelled with a delicate face and reclined pose. She is in very good condition but does have some chips to the chalkware to her fingers and back as photographed. This could be touched up easily with model paint by the new owner if preferred. A superb vintage art deco statement piece! Width - 74 cms. Height - 46 cms. Depth - 20.75 cms.
